InteliDoc-AI operates through a unique provider-assisted model where the AI-generated notes are facilitated by a real-life person, we call them your Scribe+. This individual handles various tasks such as orders, referrals, refill requests, and seamlessly integrates the AI-generated note from the InteliDoc-AI platform into your Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This ensures a smooth and efficient process, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care while the administrative tasks are expertly managed.

InteliDoc-AI adheres to strict privacy standards and is designed to comply with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare data protection laws. Our platform runs on a system that maintains and meets the requirements for multiple data privacy compliance frameworks and certifications, including a SOC 2 Type II certification. This certification, awarded by Cyberguard Compliance, is considered the gold standard in SOC audits and provides customers with the confidence that a SaaS company has security controls in place, monitors these controls, and optimizes security for their customers.

Information submitted to our AI platform, is limited to only trained individuals with a need to know, and always according to the principles of least privilege. Chat history is stored within a secure cloud and is deleted after 30 days. It is only accessed when needed to uncover abuse or resolve a technical problem. To ensure the security of your information our team does not provide 3rd party access to sensitive customer information, such as any PHI or PII, apart from Microsoft. We have the requisite HIPAA BAA and security assurances in place with Microsoft to ensure your information remains secure.

8. Is training required to use InteliDoc-AI? InteliDoc-AI is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, requiring minimal training to get started. Our Scribe+ model ensures that the provider has to do very little at all other than speak naturally with thier patients. It is not unusual for providers to feel comfortable using InteliDoc-AI with the Scribe+ after as few as four patient encounters. We do not even recommend a reduced schedule when starting with InteliDoc-AI.

9. Can IneliDoc-AI be integrated with existing electronic health record (EHR) systems? While direct interfaces with the most common EHRs are on our roadmap for the future, currently, integration involves a manual copy and paste into the progress note. However, this process is straightforward and takes mere seconds, ensuring seamless incorporation of InteliDoc-AI-generated clinical notes into your existing EHR system.

10. How does InteliDoc-AI ensure accuracy in transcribing patient conversations? InteliDoc-AI employs state-of-the-art AI algorithms trained on vast amounts of medical data to ensure accuracy in transcribing patient conversations. Notes are always proofread by the Scribe+ and still requires the providers final review and signature.

11. How much does it cost? Our pricing is a fraction of that of our big-name competitors even when Scribe+ is included. It's flexible, depending on the number of providers at the practice and whether you choose the Scribe+ service or just the software. We've found that the Scribe+ model, offering real-person support, dramatically improves adoption and satisfaction, setting us apart from others in the field.
